Five Ways To Support Us
As a club, we have received messages from members of the public to discover how you can support us. We are extremely grateful of the continued support our sponsors and supporters give to us. Also, those wanting to know more about the club. As you can imagine, the past year for many has been very tough and we share the same thoughts as others, but we know we can pull through. We have written this blog post, to show five ways to support us.
1). JustGiving Page:
As a registered charity, we rely on donations, sponsorships, fundraising activities that members of the public do for us. This enables us to continue to achieve our charitable aim of giving disabled people the chance to play powerchair football at both a competitive and social level. Not many people are aware that we have an Official JustGiving Page for those who wish to make a donation or some form of fundraising activity throughout the year or in distant future. Visit: www.justgiving.com/hull-eastyorks-pfc
Love to shop on Amazon, don't worry we all do! But, did you know by shopping on Amazon you could help the club? Wait.... what? how? Simply sign up to smile.amazon.co.uk and log in with your Amazon details, then select Hull & East Yorkshire Powerchair Football Club as your chosen charity. As simple as that, by doing this Amazon will make a 0.5% donation on all eligible purchases to us, at no cost to you.
3). Social Media:
Wanting to follow updates and progress of the club? It's simple by following us on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. You will see any breaking news from the club, general posts, some player takeovers, Q&A features and even fun posts including competitions. This is a great way to engage with us, last year saw our best engagement on social media with #SpotTheBall series. Don't worry it's coming back soon! By using #LetsGoEels or #EelsSynergy in any post will give us a boost.
4). Spread the word
Literally, just as it says above please share our club links on your social media. You may have a family member or know of a friend or someone who has a physical disability, and is wanting to try something new.
5). Sign up to our monthly newsletter
Another great way to follow us is by signing up to our monthly digital newsletter. This is an opportunity to receive breaking news, updates, match reports from the club directly to your inbox. Head over to our Club News Page.
We would like to thank everyone for their continued support. Stay Safe.
