Electric Eels travel to Nottingham


Electric Eels First Team travel to Nottingham this upcoming weekend for the return of MDUK Championship following a winter break. Throughout, the weekend our first team will play five matches in total with the hope to improve their league position.


On Saturday 8th February, first up for Electric Eels will be Leeds PFC at 10:30am. The team will later in the day face West Brom Dudley 2:15pm. Finally, Electric Eels will finish the first day off against Muscle Warriors PFC at 4:45pm.

On Sunday 9th February, Electric Eels will face Middlesbrough PFC at 10:30am. The team will end their weekend against Newcastle United at 2:15pm.


Electric Eels are currently in 7th position on the Muscular Dystrophy UK Championship table. The team have been training really hard and are determined to improve the league position. Kai Gill, captain of Electric Eels said: “ After what seems to have been a quick winter break, we are really looking forward to returning to Nottingham for the 3rd round. We have five tough matches against really good oppositions.


“ We have been fortunate to have a lot of matches in the last 3 weekends which, we feel has prepared us in the best way. As a team, we must stick to our game plan, work as a unit and really work hard for each other if we want to bring home points.”
