Hull & East Yorkshire Powerchair Football Club, first team Electric Eels began their 2022/23 National League season last weekend with four impressive results.
On Saturday 3rd September, Electric Eels first game was against Leeds Dynamos and came away with a 1-1 draw. Later, the team then faced Muscle Warriors and finished with a 3-0 win.
On Sunday 4th September, Electric Eels first match was against Sale United PFC and finished with a 3-0 win. Later, Electric Eels final match was against St George Knights
Head Coach, Lee Brennan shares his thoughts following a fantastic opening round for Electric Eels. He said: " We wanted a good start and the team delivered. A 10 point haul from 4 games is fantastic.
We've added Hayden this season which has added to the overall strength of the squad.
And he bedded in really well with the rest of the team. We know we can pass the ball better but that will come as the season progresses.
We've a great foundation now on which to build for the next round of games in November."
