Hull & East Yorkshire PFC first team have been crowned the 2025/26 John Good Group WFA Vase Champions.

Medal-winning players in sports wheelchairs pose under a WINNERS banner as one lifts a trophy and others clap at an indoor arena.

On Saturday, 9 May, our first team travelled to Derby Arena to face Norwich City PFC in the semi-final of the John Good Group Vase. The team was: Callum Jefferson, Harry Smith, Joel Rothery, Luke Brennan, and Tyler Mclelland.

Electric Eels faced Norwich City in the semi-final and came away with a 2-0 win with goals from Tyler Mclelland and Luke Brennan. The team then faced Teeside Steel in the final in what was a very tight game/ But, it was a Tyler Mclelland delivery from a sideline ball that found Luke, who passed it back to Tyler, who then crossed the ball across to Harry, hitting the ball into the goal, scoring for the Electric Eels.
