First Team Captain, Kai Gill reflects on the first weekend and previews the five matches this weekend. He said: " After the first weekend, we had a team meeting were everyone reflected and contributed on what we learnt from the opening round, including what we need to do to improve. Since then, the team has been training hard, analysing video preparing ourselves for this upcoming weekend.

Throughout, the break we've been fortunate to play against some Premiership sides which, we feel has helped us prepare well. We have five tough matches against very tough teams, but we are determined to enjoy it and continue to motivate each other. We're really looking forward to it. "
