Club Launch Try It

Hull & East Yorkshire Powerchair Football Club are proud to launch a unique and incentive campaign called Try It.

The campaign is aimed to raise awareness of powerchair football and the club with a hope to increase participation in the local area including recruiting volunteers to help on match days. The club are hoping to add players to their competition teams and development team, but, if you don't want to compete we are more than happy for you to come and try the sport.

Hull & East Yorkshire Powerchair Football Club have an exciting event planned that will be announced shortly. The club will be working with key partners Hudgell Solicitors, Make A Difference Together, St Stephens Shopping Centre, The WFA and Tigers Trust.

Marketing & Communications officer Kai Gill said: “We have been discussing for a few months of ideas on how to raise more awareness of the sport and how to recruit new players. We are excited by the planning that has been involved for Try It and are hoping for it to be successful. There has been no other club in powerchair football that has launched a campaign of this sought. So we hope we have laid the platform for other clubs to launch campaigns like try it."

The club has an exciting event planned for the beginning of December to end this campaign which, we will make an announcement about shortly.
